What should I know about hand painted artwork?
Our paintings are individually hand painted, and therefore not every item can be exactly the same.
A tolerance of up to 10% in variation must be accepted for this reason.
We do not refund for variations that fall within this parameter. If your wish is for exact replication of an image as seen on our website, we would suggest a print to fulfill this requirement (subject to availability).
We do not refund for change of mind or incorrect size choice.
When can I expect to receive my order?
We will endeavour to have your order to you within the below specified times, however during busy times such as Christmas, Public Holidays and sale times, delivery times may vary.
> Rugs 7-14 business days from order date
> Canvas Prints 14-21 days from order date
> Handpainted artwork 28-35 days from order date
* Framing options may incur an extra 7 days on top of the artwork ETA

Will I receive all my orders at once?
Please note that your shopping cart may contain items with varying lead times of each other in which case we will ship only when an order is complete in total and ready to ship. If you wish to ship items separately, please make comment in the field provided at checkout or please contact us directly to make such arrangements.
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges are applied for each individual piece ordered please see pricing below:

> $15 for rugs
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer international shipping.
What if I’m not home?
If you are not home to receive your delivery, and you have not noted ‘authority to leave’ at the checkout, then our courier will return your goods to the depot and another delivery can be arranged. A calling card will be left with details for you to call and arrange a redelivery of your item(s). Please also note that we require a street address for all deliveries, as we cannot deliver items to a PO box.
Can I return my item?
It is our mission to deliver all items purchased on time and just as they are displayed on our website. If the products you’ve bought are faulty, significantly different to those shown or described to you, or not what they’re supposed to do, you are entitled to receive a replacement, exchange for a new item or a full refund. Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange or refund if you change your mind.
My order is damaged, how do I return it?
No stress! We take our product control and issues very seriously. Please email email@example.com and we will attention. Please also quote your order number, as well as providing some photos to accompany the email. Upon inspection we will organise a collection of the faulty items via our courier. We require that the item be ready for return in original condition with all packaging accompanying the product.
I can’t find a product that I have previously seen on your website?
This could be for a couple reasons:
> The product may be out of stock and the next shipment may not be due for several months
> The product/line has been discontinued
> We have replaced this item with new season stock
Can I view a product?
We spend a lot of time traveling around the country checking out the latest trends and innovations in design, so that we can bring you the very best of what is available. Our exclusive products are manufactured from boutique suppliers who do not sell direct to the public and therefore do not have showroom facilities. We do our best to ensure our images reflect the item in its truest form.
