DUX HOUSE BLOCK APARTMENT, ALBERT PARK VIC
Dux House was once a silent movie theatre that screened all the black and white greats of the time. It was originally built as a church in 1900 and officially opened in 1912. Fast-forward more than 100 years on, Alisa and Lysandra were given the opportunity to renovate and completely transform this space which was featured in Network Nine’s “The Block, Fans vs Favs”. Exposed brickwork, and steel along with the feature of flora and moody hues created the perfect modern industrial look that is well balanced and warm; the perfect description of Alisa and Lysandra’s unique design style.
